Complaints, Comments, and Concerns
We encourage all users of our services, including young adults, family, friends, staff, advocates, representatives, commissioners, external contractors, professionals, statutory social, and health care providers to share feedback as this supports the maintenance of our outstanding track record as a service provider.
All service users can find our Complaints, Comments, and Concerns procedure in their bedroom where copies are left. Our Complaints, Comments, and Concerns policy is readily available, and can be accessed by emailing enquiries@oseiminkah.co.uk should you need a copy.
